It takes New York grains to make New York spirits
Thor Oechsner’s been farming grains around Newfield, New York, since 1994. He grows most of our grains and sources the rest from neighboring New York farms. Working with only New York grains was our choice to make spirits with the character of our region. Thor’s work in the hilly, rocky soil of Newfield makes that possible.
