Local Rye & Corn is distilled on a Coffey style pot still which produces a cleaner, softer spirit in a single pass.

New York Wheat is distilled cleaner than more typical whiskeys.

77 Whiskey – Bonded Rye


Like all the 77 Whiskeys, these were produced using a Coffey style still, known to produce a softer, sweeter spirit. Each is distilled and aged in 53-gallon barrels for a minimum of 4 years.

Our original gin recipe distilled from wheat grown in New York in such a way to retain the honey and buttery characteristics of the grain.
